§ Mr. WhiteleyIs the right hon. Gentleman aware that two men who were asked to attend at the Exchange by appointment had to wait for two-and-a-quarter hours on a Friday, and that in another case a man who waited for two hours on Friday, had to go back again on the Saturday?
