asked the Secretary for Mines what applications were considered by the Central Council of Colliery Owners on 10th March for increased quota tonnage; and what decisions have been reached by the council with regard to such applications?

I am circulating in the OFFICIAL REPORT a statement showing the supplementary allocations granted by the Central Council of Colliery Owners at its meeting on 10th March, and totalling 2,185,500 tons. I am informed that the council met in full the requirements of the districts.
