§ Viscount CranborneYes, Sir. An agreement has now been reached on the basis of proposals put forward by His Majesty's Ambassador with the assent of the leaseholders' committees. I am expecting to hear very shortly that notes have been exchanged between His Majesty's Ambassador and the Japanese Government giving effect to the agreement.
