§ Dr. BurginUnder the trade agreement with Sweden the import duty on butt and tee hinges cannot be increased above 20 per cent. ad valorem. Representations on this subject which have been received from the manufacturers concerned will be borne in mind when any revision of this agreement is under consideration.
