§ Mr. RuncimanThe answers to the first two parts of the question are in the negative. With regard to the last part, I am informed by the Director of Public Prosecutions that since 1st January, 1936, six public prosecutions in connection with the matters referred to have been instituted and completed and that three such prosecutions are now pending.
