§ Mr. ElliotThere are nine mental hygiene out-patient clinics in Scotland—four in Glasgow, three in Edinburgh, one in Paisley and one in Perth. Seven are attached to general hospitals, and all are under the direction of psychiatrists from mental hospitals. They are open at advertised times.
