§ Mr. RuncimanIndustrial surveys of the regions of heavy unemployment were made for the Board of Trade by the Universities in those regions in 1932 and have recently been, or are being, brought up to date.
§ Mr. RuncimanI have no doubt that the Universities took advantage of every means they had for collecting the information.
