Mr. Kellyasked the Home Secretary whether he is aware that officers at 26 Wormwood Scrubs prison interfered on 11th February last with the Discharged Prisoners' Association by instructing that association to refuse to a sympathiser a copy of its last annual report; and will he state what authority was given to such officer?
