§ The Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Trade (Captain Euan Wallace)Before reaching the conclusion that these treaties could not be terminated or modified except with the consent of all the parties concerned, and that the application of any quota system for regulating imports into the territories covered by the treaties could not be reconciled with them, His Majesty's Government obtained the advice of the Law Officers of the Crown.
