On any day, if there is time, other Orders will be taken.
§ Mr. MaxtonMay I ask a question about to-day's business? There is a Motion down in relation to the Scottish Milk Marketing Scheme, and there is an Amendment to it on the Paper. This may be a matter of considerable controversy, and I want to ask the Prime Minister whether it is the intention of the Government to keep the House late on this matter?
§ The Prime MinisterThere is no intention to keep the House late.
§ Mr. MacquistenDoes the right hon. Gentleman realise that this will be a very serious matter for Scottish agriculture, that thousands have been ruined by the scheme and that an attempt is being made to rivet anew this ruinous scheme on its victims?
