Friend to the reply which was given by my Noble Friend on 15th February last to my hon. and gallant Friend the Member for Peebles (Captain Ramsay) in answer to a similar question regarding the activities of the Third International in this country. My attention has not been drawn since that date to any cases of subversive propaganda which would warrant representations to the Soviet Government.
