§ Sir K. WoodThe Physical Training and Recreation Bill at present before Parliament will enable facilities to be provided which will be available for all classes of the population. I may add that I have recently drawn the attention of local authorities to further steps which should be taken for the benefit of the classes referred to, and I will send my hon. Friend copies of the circulars I have sent out.
