§ Mr. W. S. MorrisonThe practical experience of agricultural organisers is already widely and readily available to the agricultural community. Apart from their normal educational and advisory duties in their own counties, which bring them into contact with a large number of individual farmers, they meet periodically in national and provincial conferences. There is, I am glad to say, close cooperation between these officers and my Department on practical questions of an educational and advisory character.
