I understand that the question of cheaper travelling facilities for young persons in employment in London has again been reviewed by the railway companies and the London Passenger Transport Board, but they are unable to agree to any extension of the existing facilities.
§ Mr. KellyIn view of the hardships caused by the fact that these children have to arrive in London sometimes an hour or an hour and a half before they commence work, will the right hon. Gentleman use his good offices to secure these cheaper fares?
