§ Mr. Ormsby-GoreHis Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom, as the Government holding the Mandate, will be responsible for deciding the policy, but His Majesty's Governments in the Dominions and the Government of India will be kept informed of developments and of the policy which it is proposed to adopt.
§ Mr. ManderHas the right hon. Gentleman seen the views expressed by General Smuts on the situation, and will he take them into consideration?
