§ Mr. ButlerA meeting to consider this subject was held this week and adjourned until next week without reaching a decision. It was attended by the delegates representing the Government of India, by the Indian members of the employers' and workers' delegations to 1938 the International Labour Conference, and Mr. Leggett, one of the British Government delegates also attended.
