No formal representations have yet been received by me that I should direct that Section 5 of that Act should be applied to any of the areas referred to by the hon. Member.
§ Mr. KirbyDoes that mean that neither the Minister's own Department nor the local authorities concerned have applied to take steps whereby such companies may be set up?
