Bell, of 40, Coronation Street, Victoria, Australia, dealing with the exploitation of the Yampi Sound and Blythe River iron-ore deposits and asking if negotiations are taking place to enable a company to mine and ship a million tons of iron ore per year to Japan; and what was the nature of the reply sent to Mr. Bell?
