21. Mr. Whiteleyasked the President of the Board of Trade when the report of the Committee on Compulsory Insurance will be available; and the reason for the delay?
Mr. StanleyI have received the Committee's report and it will be published as a Command Paper forthwith. I hope that copies will be available for Members at the Vote Office before the House rises. In view of the magnitude and complexity of the inquiry I do not consider that there has been any avoidable delay.
