§ The Postmaster - General (Major Tryon)There are 45 out of 134 telephone exchanges within Io miles radius of Oxford Circus which have not yet been converted to automatic working, and with my hon. and gallant Friend's permission, I will circulate the list in the OFFICIAL REPORT. It is anticipated that conversion of the Victoria exchange will be completed about the end of next year.
