§ Mr. DaltonBut did not the Minister of Labour on behalf of the Government promise this Bill last month, and did not the Prime Minister himself promise my hon. Friend the Member for Spennymoor (Mr. Batey) last week that he would make a statement this week, and how much longer shall we have to wait?
