§ Sir P. HarrisThat was a week ago, and in the meantime statements are being made in America. Why should the Americans be frank with their public and the British Government be so secretive? Why are we not given the same information?
§ Dr. BurginThere is nothing secretive whatever. My right hon. Friend gave a full and complete answer on a previous occasion, and I am sure the hon. Member will be the first person to wish to put the same question again in a month's time.
