Resolved,
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to consolidate, with amendments, the Factory and Workshop Acts, 1901 to 1929, and other enactments relating to factories, and for purposes connected with the purposes aforesaid, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of such sums as may be necessary to defray the expenses of the Secretary of State in carrying the said Act into effect"—(King' s Recommendation signified.)—[Sir John Simon.]
