The following Notice of Motion stood upon the Order Paper: That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Order No. 6, Private Business set down for consideration at Half-past Seven of the Clock this evening, by direction of the Chairman of Ways and Means, may be taken after Half-past Nine of the Clock."— [The Prime Minister.]
