Mr. Alexanderasked the Prime Minister whether he will lay before Parliament before the end of February a White Paper reviewing the Defence position up to date and including any changes or additions in the rearmament programme proposed by the Government, in order that hon. Members may study the matter before the Debates on the Fighting Services Estimates?
