HC Deb 04 February 1937 vol 319 c1774
79. Mr. Hopkin

asked the Minister of Agriculture whether he has considered the resolution submitted by the executive of the Carmarthen Farmers' Co-operative Society, Limited, representing 3,879 members, protesting against the Milk Reorganisation Commission's report; and whether he intends to submit this report to the consideration of the House?

The Minister of Agriculture (Mr. W. S. Morrison)

The answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. The report of the Milk Reorganisation Commission is receiving the careful consideration of the Government, and the industry and the House will have an opportunity of discussing the Commission's recommendations if and when legislative proposals arising out of them are brought before it.
