Ordered, That it be an Instruction to the Select Committee on Publications and Debates to consider the rules of this House with regard to the distribution of evidence taken by any Select Committee of this House, and of documents presented to any such Committee, which have not been reported to the House, and to report on the desirability of regulating the procedure by Standing Order."—[Sir G.
