§ Sir S. HoareThere is no person designated publicity officer of the Royal Navy. There is, however, at present, in addition to the Admiralty Press officer, a recruiting publicity officer employed on a part-time basis at a salary of £150 per annum. He is a Commander, R.N. (retired), with journalistic experience.
