Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 to 1934, on the application of the Newcastle-upon-Tyne and Gateshead Gas Company, which was presented on the 30th day of November and published, be approved with the following addition:— Page 26, Second Schedule, at end, insert— The Common Seal of the Newcastle-upon-Tyne and Gateshead Gas Company was hereunto affixed in the presence of

Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 to 1934, on the application of the Penzance Gas Company, Limited, which was presented on the 26th day of October and published, be approved with the following modification: Page 6, Clause 20, line 38, leave out 'thirteen,' and insert 'twelve.' Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 to 1934, on the application of the Brighton, Hove and Worthing Gas Company, which was presented on the 30th day of November and published, be approved subject to the following modification: Clause 1, page 1, line 14, after '1294), 'insert' and the Hassocks and District Gas Order, 1936 (S.R. & O., 1936, No. 345).' Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 to 1934, on the application of the Stanley and District Gas Company, Limited, which was presented on the 30th day of November and published, be approved.

The remaining Orders were read, and postponed.
