asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies the total amount of the collection fines levied from villages or towns in Palestine during the last two years; how much has been collected; how much has been remitted; how much remains to be collected; and whether any steps are still being taken to collect?

I am not in possession of the latest details, but I will ask the High Commissioner whether they can be supplied. The answer to the last part of the question is in the affirmative.
