I beg to move, in page 28, line 4, at the end, to add: Provided that this section shall not have effect in relation to a holding that is ultimately certified to have no value. The purpose of the Amendment is to ensure as far as possible that registration costs under this Bill shall be payable subject only to certain conditions. Under the Registration Act, the position was that costs could not be payable, and that position remains in all applications under that Act. The Amendment applies to costs under this Measure.
