asked the Minister of Agriculture whether he will take steps to see that special consideration is given to the question of land acquired by the Defence Departments which is subject to rights of common and enjoying in ordinary circumstances statutory protection against enclosure or development, in order to prevent such land being subsequently offered for sale with the rights of common extinguished?
