§ Mr. BernaysNo, Sir. The enforcement of the law in this regard is not a matter for my right hon. Friend but for the local authority concerned. Legal proceedings may also be taken by any aggrieved person. The hon. Member's question will no doubt come to the notice of the local authority concerned.
