I am not yet in a position to add anything to the reply which I gave to the hon. Member for the Rotherhithe Division (Mr. Benjamin Smith) on 3rd November.

Is the Minister prepared to set up an inquiry?

Mr. Brown

We have been engaged in the preparation of a Bill, and I informed the hon. Member for Rotherhithe that there would be no unavoidable delay in producing it.
