Mr. Maxwellasked the Minister of Transport whether, in view of the recent High Court decision restricting the speed of utility cars to 30 miles an hour, he will consider taking the necessary steps to amend the provisions of the Road Traffic Act, 1934, relating to the classification of vehicles for the purposes of the speed limit, with a view to ensuring that no such limit shall in future be placed on the speed of these vehicles?
