asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he can now make a further statement regarding the condition and future prospects of the Abyssinian refugees in Kenya?

I have nothing to add to the replies given to the hon. Member for East Birkenhead (Mr. G. White) on 3rd November and to the hon. Member for West Leyton (Mr. Sorensen) on 29th November.

Can the Minister assure the House that none of these refugees will be returned to Abyssinia against their will?
