asked the Minister of Transport how many fatal and non-fatal accidents have occurred in Westway since the 3o-miles-per-hour speed limit was imposed?

Two accidents, involving slight injuries.

Will that be borne in mind in considering the question whether the 30 miles-per-hour limit should be continued in force?

It is not a very convincing figure but it happens to be identical with the figure for the preceding two months.

Surely in the two months preceding there was one fatal accident?
