asked the Minister of Transport the total number of days on which Mr. Mills, Mr. Marsh, Mr. Morris, Mr. Shergold, and Mr. Smith did not work at all while employed by the Ministry on the construction of the new aerodrome at Minchinhampton since a start was made last October?
