§ 10. Mr. J. Griffithsasked the Minister of Labour what is the number of the staff employed at each of the area offices of the Unemployment Assistance Board in Wales; what proportion of the members of the staff are able to speak Welsh; and whether, in making appointments to the staff, regard is had to the ability of the applicants to speak the Welsh language?
