§ The Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs (Mr. Eden)As I have previously explained the only person who is in a position to report on the matters referred to by the hon. Member is the High Commissioner himself and the High Commissioner makes his reports to the Council, and not to any member of it or to myself as rapporteur. I have made inquiries at Geneva, and I understand that no such report to the Council has been received.
§ Mr. ManderDid not the right hon. Gentleman undertake a fortnight ago to make inquiries on this subject, and will he not carry out that obligation?
