§ Mr. E. BrownThe rate of wages agreed upon by the Civil Engineering Construction Conciliation Board for navvies and labourers in the Stroud rural district is 1s. per hour. The classification of this area for wage purposes was determined by an agreement of the board on 8th July, 1936.
