asked the Home Secretary whether any change of procedure has been adopted at Oxford prison in booking or checking out and in red-band prisoners since September, 1933; if so, what are the alterations?

Yes, Sir. As stated in reply to a question on 8th April, 1936, it was arranged that as an additional precaution separate records should be kept of the movements of "red-band" men into and out of the Hall.
