asked the Minister of Agriculture whether the Government have a peace-time policy to restore prosperity to the land, increase production, store up fertility of the soil and put it once again into good heart?

Have the Government any policy as regards agriculture, and is he not aware that those in the agricultural districts are eating out their hearts for lack of assistance?
