§ Sir P. SassoonAs regards the first part of the question, so far as can be seen no legislation will be necessary. As regards the second part, further Parliamentary action will be required in regard to a draft Order for the licensing of air transport and commercial flying which will be laid before both Houses in due course in accordance with Section 5 of the Air Navigation Act, 1936.
§ Mr. RobinsonCan the right hon. Gentleman say how soon this matter will be brought before the House?
§ Sir P. SassoonThese recommendations were only approved in March of 1002 this year. I cannot say exactly when they will be brought before the House.
