I would refer my hon. Friend to the answer given to the right hon. Member for Keighley (Mr. Lees-Smith) on 24th March, a copy of which I am sending him.

Does my right hon. Friend realise that this inquiry has been going on for two years?

If my hon. Friend had listened to or read the answer to which I have referred, he would have seen that the report has been in the hands of the printers for some weeks.
