§ 61. Mr. Morgan
asked the Minister of Health how many people have been refused old age pensions during the last five years on the ground that their contributions were erroneously paid; and in how many of these cases were contributions refunded?
§ Sir K. Wood
I regret that the information asked for by my hon. Friend is not available. It is the practice, however, in such cases to refund the contributions, subject to deduction for health insurance benefits paid and the cost of medical benefit and administration.
