HudsonIn accordance with the recommendations of the Joint Committee on Refreshment Rooms and Lavatories in the Palace of Westminster, it is proposed to rearrange the dining-room accommodation on the principal floor, including the Members' Smoking Room: my Noble Friend will arrange, if the authorities concerned approve, for plans to be exhibited in the Tea Room. It is not proposed to alter the Members' Smoking-room on the ground floor.
