71. Mr. T. Smith

Mr. R. S. Hudson

In accordance with the recommendations of the Joint Committee on Refreshment Rooms and Lavatories in the Palace of Westminster, it is proposed to rearrange the dining-room accommodation on the principal floor, including the Members' Smoking Room: my Noble Friend will arrange, if the authorities concerned approve, for plans to be exhibited in the Tea Room. It is not proposed to alter the Members' Smoking-room on the ground floor.
