May I ask for what purpose it is proposed to suspend the Eleven o'Clock Rule to-night?

We desire to obtain the Second Reading of the Special Areas (Amendment) Bill and the Second Reading of the Army and Air Force (Annual) Bill, which is usually a formal stage of that Measure and is also exempted business.
