§ Mr. R. S. HUDSONAll county councils have now completed their review of county districts, and with very few exceptions the. Orders giving effect to the approved changes are already in operation. It is proposed that the remaining Orders shall take effect from 1st April next, with the exception of one dealing with part of the West Riding of Yorkshire which will be brought into operation as soon as practicable after that date.
