§ Lieut.-Colonel MUIRHEADUnder the existing law the education authorities have no power to provide meals or clothing to juveniles attending junior instruction centres, but I would refer the hon. Member to the reply which my right hon. Friend gave on 12th November to the hon. Member for Aberdare (Mr. G. Hall), of which I am sending him a copy. Arrangements are in force whereby milk can be provided free as medical treatment in appropriate cases.
